A few years ago, my wife and I decided to upgrade our home security system. We found Signature Controls to be the right company for us. Their sales and installation teams were very professionalism, consulting with us to determine the right solution and making sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the relationship. As a result, they have earned both our trust and our business.

Mr. Michaels said that he has never dealt with a company of any trade that was more thoughtful, kind, proactive, and responsive as SCS. He explained to me that he called in a "bit of a panic" and Zach immediately difussed the panic with his demeanor and patience with him on the phone. He said we arrived at his location within 30 minutes of calling in and began the process of solving his problem. He was extremely impressed with the way that Joe attacked the problem; by looking through all possible options for repair that would be most cost effective for him.

Mr. Michaels said that he and his company will NEVER EVER use any other company but Signature Controls for this type of work ("even if the another vendor offers the work at 1/2 of your price"). He said that though he has not at all happy about the unexpected repair cost (someone hit the gate and the project is new and they had not planned on having to spend money to fix a new gate) he couldn't be more confident that he got he best value possible and that "in this day and age, companies simply do not provide this level of customer service anymore

Mike Tominc and Signature Controls used sound system specifications and technology to accurately identify the distance sound would travel, the impact the sound would have reflecting from the building and worked well within our budgetary constraints. The end result, a first-class sound system with quality we couldn’t have imagined. Thank you Mike and Signature Controls, we love our system!

I would highly recommend Signature Control to anyone considering a home security system. They were recommended to me in 2010 after our house was struck by lightning. Our security system was permanently disabled. When we phoned the alarm company we were using at the time, they informed us they wouldn't be able to come out to evaluate the system for 7-10 days. I called Signature Control and Mike Tominc was out the next day. They installed a new system promptly, it is easy to use, and we have not had any problems with the installation or the monitoring service.

Signature always gets our repairs back to us quickly and is very thorough, which makes a huge difference to our customers. For me, good communication with the technicians is the most important thing. Anytime we have an issue we can contact Signature, get the technician on the line, and they will walk us through the installation to resolve the problem. Their technicians always go the extra mile to get all the information and get to the root of the problem.

From the beginning of my career I have worked with Signature Controls on several parking projects. From then until now, they continue to be professional and responsive from the sales process, to installation all the way to service and support. In the parking and revenue control business, having a distributor that is a true business partner is a pleasure.

I just wanted to let you know Dan did an excellent job yesterday working with Niscayah and looking over CCHMC's remote for the high profile doctor. The other guys that have been sent out have also done an excellent job but Dan seemed to really be engaging to the issues at and stayed the whole day to work with Niscayah in making sure the tires were landed correctly, along with the function of the gates/readers.
