CUSTOMER TRAINING AND SUPPORT

We provide training to each and every customer at the conclusion of the installation. Training is customized to each application and may be done by many different methods including on-site training and traditional classroom training at our facility in Columbus. For our parking clients, we offer live internet training or self-paced web curriculum training and support.

OUR REPAIR CENTER

We have an in-house, local, electronics repair center which is unique to our industry. This allows us to provide timely service, expert diagnosis, and quality repairs to our customers. Signature Control Systems is the only third-party authorized Federal APD Repair Center. In addition, we can complete quality repairs on a variety of other electronic products and industrial controls.

I just wanted to let you know Dan did an excellent job yesterday working with Niscayah and looking over CCHMC's remote for the high profile doctor. The other guys that have been sent out have also done an excellent job but Dan seemed to really be engaging to the issues at and stayed the whole day to work with Niscayah in making sure the tires were landed correctly, along with the function of the gates/readers.
