Our customer service department offers competitive rates, yearly service, and maintenance contracts, which are tailored to your specific needs. We take pride in building partnerships with our customers through providing exceptional customer service.

CONVENIENCE

Our customer service center is open from 8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. However, if you need us after hours we are here to help. 24 hour service is available to all of our customers by simply calling our toll-free number. Regular and non-urgent service requests can also be placed via our website. Our large stock of inventory parts for advance replacement repairs allows our customers to experience minimal downtime, while our on-site repair center quickly turns around customer repairs.

EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION

For your convenience, invoices and reports can be sent in a variety of formats including e-mail, fax, and traditional paper. Of course, we are “green” friendly, so we prefer electronic communications for customer convenience, efficiency, and sustainability. What’s more, our customer service department ensures you get to speak to a live person during normal business hours.

Our state-of-the-art enterprise software system allows us dispatch service calls to our technicians in real time. The calls appear immediately to our technicians via a vehicle mounted laptops, allowing us to provide fast and exceptional service. However, if it’s not on-site service you need, we also offer remote service for our computer and software offerings.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Performing preventative maintenance is critical when it comes to optimum performance, reduced equipment down time, reduced repair costs, and extended equipment life. Consider treating your vehicle access control and security equipment just as you would your personal vehicle. SERVICE AGREEMENTS

Service agreements can be customized for each and every customer’s needs and unique application. All service agreements include preventative maintenance and can cover parts, labor, or both. With a service agreement, you’ll enjoy priority scheduling, preventative maintenance, and the ability to help you better budget unforeseen expenses.

WARRANTIES

In addition to standard manufacturers’ warranties, Signature Control Systems stands behind its installation and the products we represent. Please discuss your specific warranty with your sales person or refer to your close-out documentation.

I just wanted to let you know Dan did an excellent job yesterday working with Niscayah and looking over CCHMC's remote for the high profile doctor. The other guys that have been sent out have also done an excellent job but Dan seemed to really be engaging to the issues at and stayed the whole day to work with Niscayah in making sure the tires were landed correctly, along with the function of the gates/readers.
