In-house, local, electronics repair differentiates Signature Controls from other similar distributors and business models. Our unique electronic repair center allows us to provide more timely service, expert diagnosis, and higher quality repairs to our customers. We are the only third-party authorized Federal APD Repair Center and we can complete quality repairs on a variety of other electronic products and industrial controls.

Component-level repair of parking systems, industrial control systems, gate systems, conveyor belt controls, and many other electronic circuits is our specialty. We’re also able to repair a wide variety of electronic items and are willing to investigate and quote repairs on new items at no upfront cost to our customer.

To share a little more about the talent in our repair center, our technicians have been able to reverse engineer many obsolete items and parts. This has allowed us to stock a variety of obsolete components for customer continuity and to provide repairs to these components. Custom test beds have been developed for every set of product components accepted into the repair center. This ensures that all outbound repairs are fully tested and operational when shipped. Our talented technicians can customize procedures to specifically meet all of your repair needs.

As our customer you can expect an easy online RMA process. The online repair authorization procedures will provide instant RMA numbers to account holders, as well as providing online repair status, ship dates, invoicing, and repair history.

When the repaired component is returned to you, you can expect an installation guide and telephone support directly from the technician that completed your repair at no additional cost! Our support continues until your device is installed and you’re completely satisfied. I just wanted to let you know Dan did an excellent job yesterday working with Niscayah and looking over CCHMC's remote for the high profile doctor. The other guys that have been sent out have also done an excellent job but Dan seemed to really be engaging to the issues at and stayed the whole day to work with Niscayah in making sure the tires were landed correctly, along with the function of the gates/readers.
