Our customer service center is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. However, if you need us after hours we are here to help. 24-hour service is available to all of our customers by simply calling our toll-free number. Regular and non-urgent service requests can also be placed via our website. Our large stock of inventory parts for advance replacement repairs allows our customers to experience minimal downtime, while our on-site repair center quickly turns around customer repairs.

CUSTOMER TRAINING AND SUPPORT
We provide training to each and every customer at the conclusion of the installation. Training is customized to each application and may be done by many different methods including on-site training and traditional classroom training at our facility in Columbus. For our parking clients, we offer live internet training or self-paced web curriculum training and support.

We have an in-house, local, electronics repair center which is unique to our industry. This allows us to provide timely service, expert diagnosis, and quality repairs to our customers.

Our state-of-the-art enterprise software system allows us to dispatch service calls to our technicians in real time. The calls appear immediately to our technicians via vehicle-mounted laptops, allowing us to provide fast and exceptional service. However, if it’s not on-site service you need, we also offer remote service for our computer and software offerings.
